摘要
对储液罐壳体直线焊缝进行焊接,由于采用通用焊接机器人的结构复杂,造价昂贵,维护费用高,针对这个问题,设计了一种专用的自动焊接设备。该设备基于传统的焊接设备上融入机器人的设计思想,采用西门子S7-200型PLC控制系统和松下MINAS-A5伺服驱动器。该设备能精确地控制焊接的位置,实现自动化焊接的生产目的。这种焊接设备能够解决中小企业的实际生产难题,同时为机器机器人化在生产制造业的实际应用提供参考价值。
In the storage tank shell straight seam welding, due to the common welding robot's structure is complicated, expensive and high maintenance cost, therefor the special automatic welding device is designed. The device was based on and applied the integra- tion of the robot into the traditional welding equipment design concept, which used the SIEMENS $7-200 type programmable logical controller (PLC) control system and Panasonic MINAS-A5 server driver. The welding device system could precisely control the welding position, and implement automation welding production goal. It can solve the actual production problem of the small and medium-sized enterprises, at the same time, in the practical application of manufacturing the robotized machine can provide the reference value.
