摘要
根据生产企业的技术要求,设计制造出基于PLC的自动化焊接工作台.该工作台的旋转和进退运动采用步进电动机及驱动器控制,保证较高的定位精度及较高的性价比.控制中心采用可编程控制器(PLC)和触摸式液晶显示人机界面,可实现平面复杂焊点的全自动焊接.
An automatic welding workbench with a programmable logic controller（PLC） is designed and made for the company＇s need. The workbench＇s rotation and advance and retreat movement are driven by the step motors and the special controller; thus the workbench has highly oriented precision and nice performance. The PLC and the touch pane are used in the equipment,so the complex welding can be carried out automatically.
