摘要
美国医疗机构评审国际联合委员会医院评审标准(JCI评审标准)是一种以患者为中心,以医疗质量与安全为核心的质量评价体系。JCI标准的麻醉管理包括制度与流程建设、人员管理与培训、麻醉流程管理、药品管理、教学与科研和质量持续改进等。通过认证只是JCI标准的麻醉管理的开始,仍需要通过持续不断的质量改进来维持和提高JCI标准。
The Joint Commission International （JCI）, a patient-centered medical valuation system, takes quality and safety of clinical management as the core. The elements for standard management in anesthesia by JCI include systemic construetion and quality improvement, teaching and research, and staffs＇ administration. Constant quality improvement in anesthesia management is required to maintain its certification.
