摘要
目的探讨基于美国医疗机构评审国际联合委员会(JCI)标准的第三方满意度调查在中医医疗机构中的应用价值。方法对照JCI标准要求,结合中医医疗机构自身特色确定问卷调查内容及对象,由专业的第三方评价机构对所选河南省某三级甲等中医医疗机构进行满意度评价监测,并通过科学的管理方法对多方面持续加以改进。记录医患满意度的变化规律及趋势,并对取得的成效进行分析。结果实施第三方满意度调查与分析,并进行结果追踪1 a,医疗质量和患者安全性得到持续改进,医患满意度得到显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中医医疗机构实施基于JCI标准的第三方满意度调查,明显提高了医疗机构医疗质量、患者安全性和医患满意度。
Objective To explore the application value of the third party satisfaction survey in medical institutions of traditional Chinese medicine based on the Joint Commission International standard (JCI). Methods JCI standard was combined with the characteristics of a selected third - level first - class hospital of Chinese medicine to monitor the satisfaction evaluation of the select- ed hospital by a professional third -party evaluation agencies from Henan province, and many aspects were continuous improved by scientific management methods. The regulation and trend of the changes of patient - physician satisfaction degree were recorded, and the results obtained were analyzed. Results The results of the third party satisfaction survey were followed up and analyzed for 1 year. Medical quality, patient safety and patient- physician satisfaction had been improved continuously, and there was signifi- cant differences (P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion The third party satisfaction survey of the medical institutions of traditional Chinese medi- cine based on the JCI standard could improved the health care quality, patients safety and patient- physician satisfaction.
