摘要
目的观察超声介入联合米非司酮治疗非破裂型输卵管妊娠的临床疗效。方法选择2015年10月至2017年1月非破裂型输卵管妊娠患者60例,随机分为A组和B组,各30例。A组单纯给予米非司酮治疗,B组给予超声介入联合米非司酮治疗。结果治疗后B组患者总有效率高于A组,妊娠包块消失时间、腹痛消失时间、阴道出血消失时间、血β-HCG恢复正常时间短于A组,β-HCG水平、妊娠包块大小、孕酮水平优于A组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论超声介入联合米非司酮治疗非破裂型输卵管妊娠临床效果确切,可有效改善患者的临床症状,缩小包块,降低血β-HCG和孕酮水平,并缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of ultrasound intervention combined with mifepristone in treating unruptured tubal pregnancy. Methods A total of 60 patients with unruptured tubal pregnancy from October 2015 to January 2017 were collected and randomly divided into group A and group B,30 cases in each group. The group A was treated with mifepristone,the group B was treated with ultrasound combined with mifepristone. Results After treatment,The total effective rate of the group B was higher than that of the group A,the disappearance time of abdominal pain,the disappearance time of vaginal bleeding and the recovery time of blood β-HCG in the group B were shorter than those in the group A,and the blood β-HCG,the size of gestational mass and the level of progesterone in the group B were better than those of the group A,all the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）.Conclusion Ultrasound intervention combined with mifepristone in treating unruptured tubal pregnancy has good effect,it can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,reduce the gestational mass and levels of the blood β-HCG and progesterone,accelerate the symptoms subsided,shorten the treatment time,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
