瓯飞围海潮汐电站能量估算及环境影响研究 被引量:1

ESTIMATION AND ANALYSIS OF TIDAL ENERGY AND HYDRODYNAMIC ENVIRONMENTCHANGES IN OUFEI SEA AREA

摘要 采用考虑实际潮汐发电过程的能量数值估算方法,在大量实测数据验证的基础上对围海工程造成的海洋环境影响进行模拟分析,并且估算瓯飞海域的潮汐能储量和技术可开发量。研究结果表明,瓯飞潮汐电站的建设对瓯飞海域水动力环境影响较大。瓯飞海域潮汐能理论蕴藏量约为7.43×109k Wh,技术可开发量约为3.60×109k Wh。考虑当今技术水平,瓯飞电站装机容量可为412 MW。该研究认为瓯飞海域具备良好的潮汐能开发前景,为其可行性研究提供技术支持。 The tidal energy is the most mature ocean energy currently, the Oufei tidal power station which is at research phase in Zhejiang Province is expected to become the largest tidal power station in the next 10 years. Based on the high resolution and validated numerical oceanic model, this research analyzes the effects of the construction of the Oufei tidal power station on the hydrodynamic environment in the Oufei sea area, the tidal energy reserves are also estimated and analyzed in the Oufei sea area before and after the construction of tidal power station, and the results showed that the construction of Oufei tidal power station has an important influence on the sea hydrodynamic environment, the theoretical annual tidal energy reserves is 7.43× 10^9 kWh, the technical developable energyreserves is 3.60× 10^9 kWh, the available installed capacity is 412 MW. This research approves that Oufei sea area has good prospects of the tidal energy development, and provides technical support for the feasibility study.
