摘要
目的 探讨正五聚蛋白3（PTX3）在慢性阻塞性肺疾病（COPD）中的作用.方法 选取46例COPD稳定期患者设为COPD组,选取27例健康体检者设为正常组,检测诱导痰与血清PTX3水平,并分析诱导痰PTX3水平与血清PTX3水平、肺功能及生活质量的相关性.结果 PTX3在COPD组诱导痰和血清中的表达水平均升高（P〈0.05）;COPD组患者诱导痰PTX3与血清PTX3的水平及CAT分值呈正相关（P均〈0.05）,与FEV1/预计值（%）呈负相关（P〈0.05）.结论 PTX3作为一种炎性因子,在COPD的发生和病情进展中可能起到重要的作用,有助于COPD的诊断和病情评估.
Objective To investigate the effect of pentraxin3（PTX3）in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease（COPD）. Methods Forty-six patients with stable COPD were selected as COPD group,and 27 healthy subjects were selected as normal group. The levels of PTX3 were checked in induced sputum and serum. The correlation was analyzed between the levels of PTX3 in induced sputum and the levels of PTX3 in serum,the function of lung and the quality of life. Results The expression of PTX3 in induced sputum and serum in COPD group was increased （P〈0.05）. There was a positive correlation（P〈0.05）between the levels of PTX3 in induced sputum and the levels of PTX3 in serum and CAT score in patients with COPD,and negatively correlated with FEV1 / predicted value（P〈0.05）. Conclusion As an inflammatory factor,PTX3 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of COPD and contribute to the diagnosis and evaluation of COPD.
