摘要
采用因子分析法和结构方程模型,选取开封市为研究对象,对城中村改造居民满意度的影响因素进行了实证分析。结果显示:影响因素可归为四类,即利益分配安置补偿、公开公正透明程序、社会结构转型环境、历史文化民俗习惯。其中,前三类因子对居民满意度的影响显著为正,最后一类因子对居民满意度的影响显著为负;利益分配安置补偿对城中村改造居民满意度的影响存在"门槛现象"。据此认为,城中村改造居民满意度的提升路径如下:制定合理的安置补偿标准和利益分配规则;创新城中村改造模式;城中村改造的每个环节都要公开公正透明。
On the basis of the field work at Kaifeng City of Henan Province, this essay empirically studies on the influen- cing factors of the residents＇ satisfaction towards urban village renewal with the use of Factor Analysis and Structural Equation Model. The main findings include： The influencing factors can be divided into four categories, i. e. , benefit allocation, proce- dure transparency, social environment, and folk custom; The in- fluencing factors of first three categories are all significantly posi- tive, while that of the last one is significantly negative; The threshold phenomenon exists in the impact of the benefit alloca- tion on the residents＇ satisfaction. These results provide mean- ingful clue paths to improve the satisfaction of residents, inclu- ding scientifically developing compensation standards and the rules of interests＇ distribution, innovating urban village renewal mode, and making open to the public of every step of urban vil- lage renewal.
