摘要
本文在老旧小区改造内容分类的基础上,以南京市雨花台区上怡新村为例,根据项目的实际情况,初步确定老旧小区改造内容,通过居民改造满意度问卷调查,建立SEM模型计算相关改造内容的路径系数并进一步确定改造内容权重,分析对老旧小区改造内容的优先级,从而为老旧小区改造方案的制定提供依据。
Based on relevant documents and guidelines for the renovation of old communities,this article takes Shangyixincun,Yuhuatai District,Nanjing City as an example,initially determines the content of the old community reconstruction according to the actual situation of the project.Establishes the SEM model to calculate the path coefficient of the relevant reconstruction content through the questionnaire survey of residents’satisfaction,determines the priority confirmatory analysis of the content of the old community reconstruction,provides basis for the formulation of the old community reconstruction plan.
