血流储备分数在冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨血流储备分数在冠状动脉介入治疗中的应用。方法入选冠状动脉造影(CAG)单支单处冠状动脉病变狭窄70%~80%的非急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)患者92例,分为FFR组和CAG组。比较两组患者的支架使用量、手术费用、手术操作时间、对比剂用量的差异,以及术中,术后1、3、6个月临床随访主要不良心脏事件(MACE)的发生率。结果两组在支架使用量及住院费用方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在术后随访MACE的发生率方面比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 FFR指导下与CAG指导下冠状动脉临界病变在治疗方面具有同样的安全性及有效性,在FFR指导下可取得更高的效/价比,节约了医疗资源。
