摘要
研究载体活性炭对沉淀法制备的Pd/C催化剂催化活性的影响,在不饱和醛/酮加氢反应中通过考察载体粒度和试剂改性等条件对催化剂催化活性以及C=O选择性的影响。结果表明,将粒度(100~200)目的活性炭在80℃的10%HNO_3溶液中浸泡120 min,洗涤干燥后得到活性炭载体制备的Pd/C催化剂具有较高的活性和C=O选择性,不饱和醛转化率达95.2%,不饱和醇选择性达96.3%。
The influence of the carrier active carbon on the performance of Pd/C catalysts prepared by precipitation method was studied. The effects of carbon particle size and reagent modification on the activities of Pd/C catalysts for selective hydrogenation of unsaturated aldehydes and ketones and C=O selectivity were investigated. The results showed that optimum support preparation condition was as follows:active carbon particle size (100 -200) mesh, treatment reagent 10% nitric acid, treatment temperature 80 ℃, treatment time 120 min, washing and then drying. Pd/C catalyst was prepared by using the support obtained under the optimum support preparation condition and possessed higher activity and C=O selectivity. The unsaturated aldehydes conversion and the selectivity to unsaturated alcohols reached 95.2% and 96.3% ,respectively.
