摘要
南方电网公司各类生产设备总价值占到电网总资产的85%以上,其台账数据质量将决定企业安全生产智能化、精益化管理能否达到目标。当前,由于台账录入人员素质以及熟悉台账规范的程度无法达到要求,导致设备台账数据质量无法得到保障。本文开展电网设备智能建模及管控应用研究,具体包含台账智能建模以及台账数据质量全过程智能管控研究等,实施后将有效提高电网设备台账录入效率及数据质量。
The total value of all production equipment accounted for more than 85% of the total assets of Southern power grid corporation. The quality of its accounting data will determine whether the safety of enterprise intelligent production and lean management can achieve the goal. At present, the quality of the account entry personnel and the degree of familiar with the degree of account can not meet the requirements. As a result, the quality of equipment accounting data can not be guaranteed. This paper carried out the intelligent modeling and control application research of power grid equipment. It includes the intelligent accounting model, the intelligent control research of the whole process of accounting data quality, and so on. After the implementation, the efficiency of data entry and data quality of power grid equipment will be effectively improved.
