摘要
随着公司"大运行"体系逐步深化,四个"一体化"建设深入开展,对智能电网调度控制系统的稳定运行和备用系统都提出了更高的要求。为保障电力监控系统的安全稳定运行,提升互备电网的运行协同能力和整体驾驭能力,研究利用现有调度数据网双平面基础设备,通过GRE等技术实现智能电网控制系统通过调度数据网络同时采集本地区和互备地区的厂站信息,实现应用级的系统互备。结果表明,通过部署区域互备系统能够提供可靠的地区系统前置网络、互备系统后台交互网络、系统远程工作站交互网络,能够满足日益发展的集约化与一体化要求。
With the gradual development of the company s"Big Process" system,four "integration construction have been carried out in depth,putting forward higher requirements for the stable operation of the intelligent power grid dispatching control system and the standby system.For the safe and stable operation of power monitoring and control system of security,enhance mutual backup operation of the power grid collaborative ability and the overall control capacity,research using existing dispatching data network dual plane based equipment,by GRE techniques achieve smart grid control system by dispatching data network and collecting in the region and each prepared area of station information,achieve application system by.The results show that the through the deployment of regional mutual preparation system can provide reliable regional system pre network,mutual backup system background interaction network,system remote workstation interactive network,to meet the growing intensive and integration requirements.
