摘要
【目的】研究叶面肥的不同施用方法对水稻的富硒降镉效果,为富硒阻镉叶面肥的科学使用提供理论依据。【方法】试验配制3种含硒叶面肥,分别在水稻破口期时或水稻破口前15~10 d一次性喷施,或在水稻破口前15~10 d和破口时分2次施用,每种施用方法总的叶面肥用量均设置15 000和30 000 m L/hm^22个水平。【结果】不同叶面肥配方、用量及喷施时期均显著影响水稻对硒的吸收,其中配方三叶面肥富硒效果好于其它配方,水稻破口期喷施含硒叶面肥对硒的吸收利用高于在破口前喷施。叶面肥喷施时期对精米镉含量影响显著,早稻于水稻破口前15~10 d和破口时2次喷施处理的镉含量要低于水稻破口时一次喷施处理,在晚稻于破口前15~10 d分别一次性喷施配方一、配方二和配方三叶面肥15 000 m L/hm^2水平时精米镉含量分别比对照低73.9%、56.9%和70.6%;喷施30 000 m L/hm^2水平时,分别比对照低70.0%、73.1%和68.6%。【结论】在轻度镉污染的稻田上,于水稻破口前15~10 d喷一次配方三叶面肥15000 m L/hm^2,能达到较好的富硒降镉效果。
[ Objective] To provide theoretical references for Se-enrichment and Cd-reduction foliar fertilizer scientific usage, the effects of se- lenium-enriched and cadmium-reduction of polished rice by using different foliar-fertilizer application methods were studied. [ Method ] Three selenium foliar-fertilizer were cmffected, and these selenium foliar-fertilizers were sprayed only one time at rupturing of rice or 15 - i0 d be- fore rupturing of rice, or sprayed first time during 15 - 10 d before rupturing and second time at rupturing, respectively. Two application lev- els of total foliar amount( 15 000 and 30 01)0 mL/hmz) were set in all application methods. [ Result ] Different foliar fertilizers, application levels and spray stage were significantly affected Se absorption of rice, the Se-enrichment effect of formula No. 3 were better than that of other formulas. Se contents in polished rice applied with Selenium foliar fertilizers at rupturing were higher than that applied with selenium foliar fertilizers before rupturing. The spraying stage of foliar fertilizer had great influence on Cd content in polished rice. For early rice, Cd con- tents of polished rice with sprayed foliar fertilizer once 15 - 10 d before rupturing and once at rupturing were lower than that sprayed only one time at rupturing of rice. For late season rice, spraying once 15 - 10 d before rupturing with 15000 mL/hm2 foliar fertilizers of formula No. 1, formula No. 2 and formula No. 3, the Cd contents of polished rice were 73.9 % ,56.9 % and 70.6 % lower than that of control, respec- tively; spraying with 30 000 mL/hm2 , the Cd contents of polished rice were 70.0 % ,73.1% x 68.6 % lower than that of control, respec- tively. [ Conclusion ] In paddy field with slight Cd pollution, the effect of Se-enrichment and Cd-reduction was more significant by spraying15 000 mL/hm2 formula No. 3 foliar fertilizer only once 15 - 10 d before rupturing of rice.
