摘要
目的观察三段序贯式教学模式在方剂学教学中的应用效果。方法选取2013级中医学专业学生,分为对照组和观察组,分别应用传统课堂讲授方法与三段序贯式教学模式(课堂讲授课→PBL讨论课→病案答疑课)进行方剂学教学,对课堂状态、学生参与程度、相关知识掌握情况、问题回答正确率以及期末成绩等进行统计分析。结果观察组学生对课程满意度达到96.43%,观察组考试成绩高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论三段序贯式教学模式使方剂学教学变得生动、活泼,能够激发学生学习方剂学的兴趣,培养学生对理、法、方、药的理解和融会贯通能力。
Objective To observe the application effect of three segments sequential teaching mode in pharmacology of traditional chinese medicine formulae teaching system. Methods Grade 2013 students majored in TCM were devided into two groups including the control group and the observing group, which was given pharmacology of TCM formulae in the traditional teaching method and the three segments sequential teaching model( theory of classroom lessons →PBL interactive discussion class →scene representation class) respectively. Then class status, mastery of knowledge, accuracy of answers and the final grade was made statistical analysis.Results In the observation group, the course satisfaction reached 100%, and the experiment examtination and the theory of test scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group( P〈0.05). Conclusion The three segments sequential teaching mode is suitable for the TCM formulae teaching system, and can stimulate students' interest in TCM formulae and cultivate students, deep comprehension and understanding of knowledge.
