摘要
目的:探讨激光诱导荧光技术在慢性牙周炎检测中的应用前景。方法:随机选取慢性牙周炎患者8名,非慢性牙周炎患者12名,两组均使用激光照射其4个第一磨牙,观察是否有红色荧光,检测并记录4个第一磨牙各位点的牙周袋深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)、探诊出血指数(BOP)及菌斑指数(PLI)等指标。另选取因正畸或阻生拔除的健康牙及因重度牙周炎拔除的离体牙各20个,分别用激光照射并观察牙面是否存在红色荧光。分析慢性牙周炎与红色荧光、红色荧光和牙周指标之间的关系。结果:慢性牙周炎患者中红色荧光牙数显著大于非慢性牙周炎患者(P<0.05);显示有红色荧光的牙PD、CAL、BOP、PLI均大于非红色荧光牙(P<0.05);牙周炎离体牙中显示有红色荧光牙数也高于正常离体牙(P<0.05)。结论:激光诱导在牙周围产生的红色荧光与慢性牙周炎存在密切关系。
AIM: To study the feasibility of laser induced fluorescence spectrum in the detection of chronic periodontitis.METHODS: 8 patients with chronic periodontitis(CP group) and 12 subjects without CP(control group) were included.The laser was used as an excitation light source to examine 4 first molars of the subjects.Probing depth (PD),clinical attachment loss (CAL),bleeding on probe (BOP) and plaque index (PLI) of the teeth were measured.Then 20 extracted teeth collected from the patients with severe periodontitis and 20 extracted healthy teeth because of orthodontics or the third molar were selected for in vitro study by laser irritation.SPSS 20.0 software was used to analyze the relevance of the red fluorescence with periodontitis, and with periodontal index respectively.RESULTS: CP group showed more teeth with red fluorescence than the control group (P〈0.05), and higher periodontal indexes of the teeth with red fluorescence than those of the normal teeth(P〈0.05).The extracted teeth with severe periodontitis showed more red fluorescence positive ones than the normal teeth(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION:The intensity of red fluorescence is related with periodontitis.
