摘要
低待机功耗、高效率的绿色电源已成为未来电源技术发展的方向,国际上已经正式提出六级能效标准。提出了一种采用常规工艺实现的原边反馈AC/DC转换器电路,解决了传统原边反馈AC/DC转换器元器件多、待机功耗大以及用高压特殊工艺实现低待机功耗的成本昂贵等问题。该原边反馈AC/DC转换器能够满足六级能效标准。
The low standby power loss and the high efficiency of green power supplies have become the trends of power supply technologies, and the sixth level of energy efficiency standards has also been promulgated. A novel PSR AC/DC converter in the normal general CMOS process was proposed, which had reduced the number of off- chip components and standby power consumption compared with the traditional PSR AC/DC converter, and had avoided a special high voltage process for the conventional AC/DC converter. The simulation results showed that the proposed PSR AC/DC converter could be qualified for the sixth level of energy efficiency standards.
