摘要
初级反馈AC/DC转换器是近几年出现的一种新结构,如何精确控制它的输出电压是此结构的设计难点之一.描述了初级反馈AC/DC转换器的结构,并对其反馈电压波形进行了详细的分析.推导出初级反馈AC/DC转换器驱动管导通时间和变压器次级线圈退磁时间之间的关系,提出了利用驱动管导通时间确定反馈电压采样时刻的方法,从而实现对初级反馈AC/DC转换器输出电压的精确控制.测试结果表明,利用此方法设计的初级反馈AC/DC转换器,其输出电压的负载调整率2.92%~3.38%.
Primary-side feedback (PSF) AC/DC converter is a new configuration. One of its design difficulties is how to accurately control its output voltage. Firstly, the configuration of primary-side feedback AC/DC converter is described and its feedback voltage waveform is detailedly analyzed. Then, the relationship is derived between the turn-on time of driving transistor of the primary-side feedback AC/DC converter and the demagnetizing time of transformer's secondary side. Based on the relationship, a method is proposed to precisely control the output voltage, which takes use of the turn-on time of driving transistor to ensure the sampling time of feedback voltage. The test results show that the load regulation of output voltage is 2.92%-3.38% for primary-side feedback AC/DC converter.
