摘要
应用MSC.MARC软件对宝钢φ140mm全浮动芯棒连轧管机组的热连轧过程进行模拟仿真,得到了开轧温度和压下量2个因素对连轧前4个道次钢管轧制力的影响规律。研究结果表明,调整开轧温度时首先应考虑第1道次和第2道次轧辊和电动机的承受能力;改变压下量时应着重考虑第2道次和第3道次轧辊和电动机的承受能力。
MSC. MARC software is used for simulating the continuous hot-rolling process of Baosteel φ140 mm mandrel mill in this paper. The influence rule of start rolling temperature and rolling reduction to the first 4 passes rolling force are studied. The results show that, the first and the second passes roller and motor's capacity should be considered when the start rolling temperature is adjusted. Meanwhile, the second and the third passes roller and motor's capacity should be taken into account when the first passes rolling force is changed.
