摘要
通过对宝山钢铁股份有限公司全浮动芯棒连轧管机组轧制力的测试,了解了机组的工作状况,并分析了轧制过程中力的变化趋势;采用合适的理论计算公式对各机架的理论轧制力进行了计算,并与实测值进行了对比,尝试建立连轧管过程轧制力预报模型。
The operation status of the full-floating mandrel pipe mill of Baoshan I & S Co., Ltd. is investigated by means of measuring the mill' s rolling forces. The rolling force variation of the mill during the rolling process is analyzed. The theoretic rolling force of each individual roll stand of the mill is calculated with proper formula for theoretic calculation, and the calculated values are compared with relevant actual measured values in a bid to build up a model to forecast the rolling force of the mandrel mill process.
