摘要
目的分析丹红注射液联合前列地尔治疗老年心功能不全伴不稳定型心绞痛的疗效。方法 87例老年心功能不全伴不稳定型心绞痛患者,按照不同治疗方案分为对照组(40例)和观察组(47例),对照组单纯给予前列地尔治疗,观察组采用前列地尔联合丹红注射液治疗,比较两组治疗前后血流动力学指标变化及安全性。结果治疗后两组左心室射血分数(LVEF)、心排出量(CO)、心脏指数(CI)及心肌工作指数(MPI)较治疗前均明显提高,且观察组提高幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率为6.38%,与对照组的15.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论老年心功能不全伴不稳定型心绞痛患者行丹红注射液联合前列地尔治疗,可有效改善患者心功能,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze curative effect by Danhong injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of senile cardiac insufficiency complicated with unstable angina. Methods A total of 87 senile cardiac insufficiency complicated with unstable angina patients were divided by different treatment scheme into control group （40 cases） and observation group （47 cases）. The control group received alprostadil alone for treatment, and the observation group received Danhong injection combined with alprostadil for treatment. Comparison was made on changes in hemodynamic indexes and safety between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After treatment, both groups had obviously higher left ventrieular ejection fraction （LVEF）, cardiac output （CO）, cardiac index （CI） and myocardial performance index （MPI） than those before treatment, and the observation group had larger increased range than the control group. Their difference had statistical significance （P〈0.05）. The observation group had incidence of adverse reactions as 6.38%, which was 15.00% in the control group, and the difference had no statistical significance （P〉O.05）. Conclusion Combination of Danhong injection and alprostadil in treating senile cardiac insufficiency complicated with unstable angina patients can effectively improve their cardiac function, along with few adverse reactions. This method is worth clinical promotion and application.
