摘要
文章阐述了科研设施与仪器设备共享现状,分析了科研设施与仪器设备开放共享中存在的问题,剖析了科研设施和设备使用效率低下的原因,并结合中国农业科学院在推进大型仪器设备共享方面所做的改革与实践,从提高科技资源开放共享意识、创新管理模式、建立高效的开放共享管理与服务平台、建立促进开放的激励引导机制、加强实验技术人才队伍建设等几个方面提出了推动科研设施与仪器向社会开放共享的对策,以期提高大型仪器设备的共享度和利用率,充分发挥大型仪器设备在科学研究、人才培养和社会服务方面的作用。
Current situation of sharing of scientific research faculties and instruments was discussed in the paper. By analyzing the problems in sharing of large-scale instruments and equipments （LSIE）, and the reason of low use efficiency of LSIE, combining with the revolution and practice in promotion of sharing LSIE by Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the countermeasures of opening and sharing of LSIE have been proposed. Starting with enhancing opening and sharing concept of scientific resources, innovating managing mode, setting up efficient resource sharing service platform, building guidance mechanism to encourage opening, strengthening the construction of experimental technician teams, etc. These countermeasures were for raising the sharing and utilization efficiency of LSIE, and giving full play of LSIE in scientific researches, training of talents, and social service.
