摘要
从我国高校多数大型实验设备使用机时偏低、使用效率不高的现状入手,针对传统的分院系管理实验室设备的模式造成的问题,用公共经济学理论进行初步分析和探讨。尝试从开发大型设备的准公共品属性的角度,寻找提高其使用效率的方法。
Aiming at the problem of the low use efficiency of large-scale laboratory equipment in Chinese universities,this article analyzed the traditional way of separate management by departments that may cause the problem.By recog-nizing the property of quasi-public goods of large-scale laboratory equipment to find a way to improve its use benefits.
