摘要
本文阐述了靛红类物质(Isatin,吲哚-2,3-二酮)的内皮保护、降低机体氧化型低密度脂蛋白(Oxidized LDL,OX-LDL)水平、改善脂质代谢、抗炎抗氧化的作用,提出靛红类物质在动脉粥样硬化的预防和治疗方面的积极意义,为动脉粥样硬化的治疗提供新方向。
This paper introduced the mechanism of isatin's ( indole-2,3-two isatin ketone ) anti-atherosclerosis effect by decreasing the level of Oxidized LDL, improving the lipid metabolism, anti- inflammatory and anti- oxidant. The compounds has a positive effect on prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis which provides a new research direction for the treatment of atherosclerosis.
