摘要
选取黄连、红花、苏木、五倍子、石榴皮5种中药原材料,利用水煎煮法进行药用植物染料的提取与染液的制作。通过正交试验法及单因素分析法,研究分析了染色过程中,不同的染浴p H值、染色温度、染色时间等因素对超细羊毛织物直接染色的染色性能的影响。不同染色条件下,对织物的K/S值进行评定比较,最终确定了5种药用植物染料对超细羊毛织物染色时,各自最佳的直接染色的染色工艺条件。赋予超细羊毛织物独特的天然色彩,并为其增加一定的药理保健服用功能。同时也能够极大地满足消费者对于产品安全化、自然生态化的高标准需求。
This article selects rhizoma coptidis, safflower, wood, gallnut, pomegranate peel 5 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine raw materials, using water decoction method is used for the extraction of medicinal plant dyes and dye solution. Then through the orthogonal experiment method and the single factor analysis method, the research analyzes the dyeing process, different dye bath pH value, dyeing temperature, dyeing time and other factors on dyeing properties of superfine wool fabric dyeing directly. According to different conditions of dyeing, dyeing and finishing fabric after their respective K/S values are compared, and the corresponding evaluation to finally determine the five kinds of medicinal plant dye dyeing superfine wool fabric, the respective optimum dyeing process conditions of direct dyeing.
