摘要
荧光原位杂交技术在研究基因定位、染色体结构变异、起源进化以及物种间亲缘关系等方面具有重要作用。本文简要介绍了荧光原位杂交技术中靶DNA制片、探针种类和标记方法,对目前该技术在人参属药用植物研究中的应用进行了综述。
Fluorescence in situ hybridization(FISH) plays an important role in the studies of gene mapping, chromosome structural vari- ation, the evolutionary origin and genetic relationship between species.This article briefly introduced the preparation of plant target DNA, probe types, labeling methods in FISH and it was reviewed based on the applications ofFISH in studies on medicinal plants ofPanax L.
