摘要
本文试从意外伤害发生的几率入手,以理论分析的方式,在分析伤害事件的必然性和偶然性基础上,论证伤害事件"偶然中的必然",以说明意外伤害是可预防的。哈登的"阶段—因素"理论深入、全面分析了多种因素在伤害发生前、发生时及发生后的影响作用,为儿童意外伤害的预防和控制提供了具体的指导。
The article starts with the probability of an accident injury by analyzing the necessity and contingency in logic and trying to prove that accidents can be prevented. The theory of “phase-factors”proposed by Haddon William, which has provided the impact factors before and after the occurrence of accidents and also has a very signifcant direction for the prevention and control of children accidental injury.
