两端悬挑灌芯装配式混凝土单向板抗弯承载力试验研究

摘要 本文主要研究两端悬挑灌芯装配式混凝土单向板支座负弯矩钢筋的布设及受力是否合理,对受力钢筋分别是φ8和φ6的两种灌芯装配式混凝土单向板试件进行静力加载试验。试验结果表明:两试件的实际承载力高于理论计算极限承载力;试件的开裂荷载比工程应用中正常使用荷载大,能够满足试件在使用阶段挠度、裂缝要求;支座负筋的布设方式合理有效,可以有效抵抗支座处负弯矩.本文为灌芯装配式混凝土板的深入研究提供参考. In this paper, there is studied the layout and force of the negative bending moment of grouted prefabrica- ted concrete one - way slab with cantilever slab at both ends. Two static loading test of specimens with 8 and 6 re- spectively had been made. The results showed that the ultimate bearing capacity is higher than the theoretical limit bearing capacity and the crack load of specimens are higher than the normal application in the engineering applica- tion, which could meet the requirement of the deflection of the specimen in the use stage. It is reasonable and effec- tive that the reinforced could bearing the negative bending moment. This paper provides a reference for the further research of grouted prefabricated concrete slab. Bearing the layout of the negative bar is reasonable and effective, can effectively resist the bearing at the negative bending moment.
