摘要
进行6根配置表层钢筋的混凝土梁和2根未配置表层钢筋的混凝土梁受弯性能试验,研究其裂缝和变形特点,同时对配置和未配置表层钢筋构件的裂缝宽度和挠度进行对比分析。试验结果表明,在构件的混凝土保护层中配置表层钢筋能有效地控制其裂缝宽度,增加其短期刚度。分析表层钢筋对钢筋混凝土梁裂缝间距和裂缝宽度的影响规律,提出相应计算公式,并参考欧洲规范有关规定对配置表层钢筋的混凝土梁提出设计建议。根据试验结果,提出正常使用状态下考虑表层钢筋的短期刚度计算公式。根据文中公式计算的结果与试验结果符合较好。
Eight concrete beams reinforced with high-strength bars, of which six were with skin reinforcement and two without skin reinforcement, were tested to investigate their cracking and deflection characteristics. The erack width and deflection of speeimens with and without skin reinforcement were compared. It is shown that the skin reinforcement can control eraek width effectively and increase short-term stiffness. Based on the test results, the effects of skin reinforcement on eraek spacing and crack width were analyzed and corresponding calculation formulas are suggested. With reference to the relevant provisions in pr EN 1992-1-1, a design recommendation for eraek eontrol is proposed. In addition, on the basis of the test results, a formula for estimating the stiffness of reinforced concrete beams with skin reinforcement is proposed. The proposed calculation formulas agree well with experimental results.
