Improvement Analysis of FSAE Racing Engine Intake System Based on CFD Numerical Simulation

摘要 根据中国大学生方程式汽车大赛对于发动机进气限流等规则要求,并结合以往参赛队伍的经验,为扬州大学车队新赛季做准备,特对原有FSAE赛车发动机进气系统进行了重新构建。重新建立了赛车进气系统三维模型,运用网格生成软件ICEM CFD对几何模型进行网格划分,利用Fluent流体分析软件对发动机进气稳态进行数值模拟研究。 According to the rules and requirements of the China Automobile Formula Student Competition for engine inlet flow, taking in previous team experience, preparing for the team of Yangzhou University in new season, we make improvement of the design in original FSAE racing car engine intake system. In this study, the 3D model of the intake system is built, and the mesh generation software CFD ICEM is used to partition the geometric model, the relevant boundary conditions are set up, and the nu- merical simulation of the engine inlet process is carried out.
