摘要
根据大学生方程式赛事对赛车发动机进气限流的规定,并结合南京农业大学宁远车队以往参赛的经验,对新赛季赛车发动机进气系统进行优化设计。对进气系统形式及其相关部件参数进行选择,并通过GT-Power软件所建立的发动机模型,进一步确定进气总管长度与稳压腔体积这两个参数。利用CATIA软件建模和有限元分析、Fluent软件仿真分析,对进气系统做了结构和力学性能方面的优化。
An engine intake system was designed for a new FSAE car in this paper, according to the limit of FSC rules to en- gine intake system and the experiences of Ningyuan Racing Team of Nanjing Agricultural University. After choosing the form of the intake system and the parameters of the relevant parts, engine model was constructed and simulated on GT-power software to determine two parameters of the length of the air intake manifold and the volume of the pressure stabilizing cavity. The 3D model of the intake system was built and the finite element analysis was done based on CATIA software. Simulation of airflow field was conducted on the basis of Fluent software. Therefore, the geometry and mechanical performances were optimized for the intake system of the FSAE ear.
