摘要
大力培养创新人才是新世纪军校面临的第一要务。本文通过分析军医大学学员创新培养的必要性及存在的问题,分别从学员队和教学两方面提出了一些措施。学员队要帮助学员塑造正确的人生观与价值观,努力营造有益学员创新发展的坏境,建立完善的综合评价体系,为创新能力的培养发挥保驾护航作用。教学要为创新能力的培养提供正确方向,转变观念,坚持"启发式"课堂教学;注重实践,在科研中培养创新;回归临床,为日后工作打基础。本文提出的措施希望能够对军队院校创新人才的培养工作起到一定的参考价值。
Training innovative talents is the most important task for military university in the new century. This paper analyzes the necessity and problems of cultivating innovation of military medical cadets, and put forward some measures from the cadet detachment and teaching. The cadet detachment shoud help cadets to shape the correct outlook on life and values, try to create a benificial environment for the innovation development, and establish a comprehensive evalu- ation system to escort the cultivation of innovation. Moreover, teaching should provide a correct direction for the culti- vation of innovation ability, which includes changing the concept, adhering to the ＂heuristic＂ classroom teaching; pay- ing attention to practice and cultivating innovation in scientific research; returning to clinical work and laying the foun- dation for future work. Hopefully, the measures are proposed in this paper can play a certein reference value for the training of innovative talents in military academies.
