摘要
网络工程专业是实践性较强的应用型专业。为了培养高质量多样化人才,高校在人才培养模式上需要积极向多元化的应用型方向过渡。本文提出面向应用型人才的网络工程创新培养模式及实践平台建设体系,从专业培养目标、人才培养方案的制定,校内外实训基地的建设、应用型师资队伍培养等方面对网络工程专业的创新培养模式进行探讨和研究。
Network Engineering is a very practical applied major. To cultivate high quality multiple talents, universities and colleges need to multiply their application orientation concerning mode of talent developing. To make Network Engineering application-oriented, the present study proposes the exploration of creative mode of talent development and practice platform building system, setting up major training goal and plan, building practice and training base on and off campus, developing application-oriented teaching staff and so on.
