摘要
目的探究中西医结合疗法对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效的影响。方法方便选取该院在2015年7月—2016年7月收治的57例老年晚期非小细胞肺癌患者来作为研究的对象。随机将患者分为观察组和对照组,观察组有29例患者,对照组有28例患者。对照组采用西医来进行治疗,观察组在西医治疗的基础上采用中医来进行治疗。为患者治疗3个月后,对比两组患者的疗效、1年生存率和平均生存期、生活质量评分以及不良反应发生概率(恶心呕吐、白细胞毒性、周围神经感觉异常)。结果观察组患者的疗效(有效率37.93%;控制率62.07%)、1年生存率(72.41%)和平均生存期、生活质量评分以及不良反应发生概率(6.90%)均优于对照组患者的疗效(有效率14.28%;控制率85.72%)、1年生存率(42.86%)和平均生存期、生活质量评分以及不良反应发生概率(32.14%),两个研究小组之间的数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合疗法对老年晚期非小细胞肺癌临床疗效显著,值得在临床中推广、借鉴和应用。
Objective To study the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy on the clinical curative effect of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 57 cases of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer admitted and treated in our hospital from July 2015 to July 2016 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups, the control group with 28 cases adopted the western medicine treatment, while the observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine on the basis of the western medicine treatment, after 3-month treatment, the curative effect, 1-year survival rate, mean survival period, quality of life score and occurrence probability of adverse reactions（nausea and vomiting, leukocytotoxicity and peripheral nerve cacesthesia） were compared between the two groups. Results The curative effect（effective rate 37.93%, control rate 62.07%）, 1-year survival rate（72.41%）, mean survival period,, quality of life score and occurrence probability of adverse reactions（6.90%） in the observation group were better than those in the control group（effective rate ： 14.28%, control rate 85.72%）, 1-year survival rate（42.86%）, mean survival period, quality of life and occurrence probability of adverse reaction（32.14%）, and the differences between groups were statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical curative effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy in treatment of elderly patients with non-small cell lung cancer, which is worth promotion, reference and application in clinic.
