摘要
百合为我国传统药食两用的中药材,品种多样、分布广泛,具有较高的营养和药用价值。近年来,百合在临床药品及保健食品等领域得到越来越多的关注,其主要的活性成分为甾体皂苷、酚酸和多糖类化合物,具有抗炎、抗肿瘤、抗抑郁、抗菌等生物活性。对其成分及药理作用进行综述,从性味、传统功效、储存、加工条件等多个方面进行质量标志物预测分析,为百合质量评价及资源合理化应用提供理论依据。
Baihe(Lilii Bulbus)with diverse varieties and wide distribution is a traditional Chinese medicine used for both medicine and food.It has high nutritional and medicinal value.In recent years,Baihe(Lilii Bulbus)has received more and more attention in the fields of clinical medicine and health food.Its main active ingredients are steroidal saponins,phenolic acids and polysaccharides,while the biological activities are anti-inflammatory,anti-tumor,antidepressant,antibacterial.This study reviewed its ingredients and pharmacological effects in order to provide a theoretical basis for Baihe(Lilii Bulbus)quality evaluation and rationalization of resources.It performed quality marker prediction analysis from various aspects such as sexual taste,traditional efficacy,storage and processing conditions.
