摘要
根据城市绿色发展多维度相互协调的要求,文章通过系统梳理绿色城市的发展原则与目标,构建城市绿色发展的评价指标体系,提出基于熵权TOPSIS法的城市绿色发展评价方法,并采用2010年和2014年山东省17地市的空间面板数据进行实证研究。结果表明山东省城市绿色发展整体呈现两极化效应和高低带交叉分布特点,高值区主要分布在贯穿东西的青岛市和山东大学的连线上,低值区主要分布在山东省西北部和东南部。针对山东省城市绿色发展特点,文章提出促进城市绿色均衡发展的空间重构和路径设计思路。
Since the requirements of multidimensional coordination for the development of green city, this paper, by sorting out the devel- opment principles and objectives of green city, constructs an evaluation system with multiple indexes based on the entropy TOPSIS, which not only takes into account the index system of green urban development, but also emphasizes coordination relationship between indica- tors. The paper carries on the empirical research with the spatial panel data of 17 cities in Shandong province in 2010 and 2015. The re- suits show that green city development overall presents polarization effect and cross level distribution, which high value areas are mainly distributed in the connection between Qingdao and Jinan, and the low value areas are mainly in the northwest and southeast. Aiming to the characteristics of urban green development in Shandong province, the paper puts forward the ideas of spatial reconstruction and path de- sign to promote the balanced development of urban green.
