城市发展的绿色转型:关键要素识别与推进策略选择被引量：29

摘要传统城市发展模式导致物质规模扩张与自然资本消耗之间的矛盾呼唤城市的绿色转型。本文重点探讨了城市绿色转型的成因、内涵、影响因素和推进策略,认为影响城市绿色转型的关键要素包括产业结构、资源消耗强度、居民消费模式以及城市的建设与运行模式,并从产业体系再造、城市空间重构和消费模式转变三个实施领域以及网络治理和生态创新两大保障体系等方面构建了城市绿色转型的实施框架。
