摘要
综述亚麻籽粉的主要成分,并概述国内外亚麻籽粉在食品工业中的开发利用进展,为今后亚麻籽粉在食品工业中的开发利用提供参考。
This paper summarized the main components of flaxseed meal. Moreover, the application of flaxseed meal in food industry was introduced, which provided reference for the application of flaxseed meal in the food industry in future.
