摘要
印度尼西亚BD气田开发层位为礁灰岩地层,具有高温高压、富含CO_2和H_2S等酸性气体的特点,给该气田开发井固井防腐作业带来严峻挑战。研发了多功能防腐剂PC-MTA,并通过优化颗粒级配技术构建了抗高温防CO_2和H_2S腐蚀水泥浆体系。室内实验评价表明,所构建的抗高温防CO_2和H_2S腐蚀水泥浆体系具有良好的防腐力学性能、流变性能和防气窜性能,目前已在BD气田4口开发井固井作业中取得成功应用,固井质量优良,可为类似气田固井防腐作业提供借鉴。
The producing formation of BD oilfield in Indonesia is reef limestone. The characteristics of high temperature/high pressure and rich CO2 /H2S of the fieldpose chal lenges to cement ing operation. Amul ti-function corrosion inhibitor PC-MTA was developed and a cement slurry was further formulated with it and based on the theory of engineered particle size distribution, which exhibits fair resistance to high tem-perature and CO2 /H2S corrosion. Lab evaluation of the slurry system shows remarkable corrosion resis-ance,rheology performance and gas migration control. The slurry has been successfully applied in 4 devel-opment wells in BD oilfield, resulting sound bonding quality through the pay zone. Therefore it can be a model for the cementing jobs of similar wells.
