摘要
哈萨克斯坦北部扎奇油田是为被断层复杂化的背斜构造,油气水分布十分复杂,固井后上部高压气层易发生环空气窜,下部易发生水泥浆漏失,固井质量差。针对该油田的复杂地质情况,开发应用了低温高强低密度水泥浆体系,该体系稳定性和沉降稳定性良好,失水量低(小于30mL)且易于控制,游离液为零,稠化曲线呈直角效应,稠化时间可调;水泥石早期强度发展快,抗压强度高,水泥石致密,具有较强的抗腐蚀能力;具有微膨胀性能,能形成良好胶结界面,防气窜能力强。在该油田的现场应用中,固井质量合格率为100%、优质率为94%。
In Kazakhstan, the North Buzachi reservoir is composed of 11 blocks with different sizes. The reservoir structure and fluid distribution are very complex. Active edge/bottom water and gas cap coexist in this reservoir. The presence of the high pressure gas causes breakthrough of gas after cementing.
