摘要
在我国大力推进铁路数字化过程中,BIM技术的研究与应用显得尤为重要,道岔三维数字化建模是铁路BIM化作业中的一个重点和难点,目前却很少有人研究。利用VBA开发AutoCAD平台,自主研究道岔各个组成部分和计算方法,设计可视化界面,并结合土木工程设计软件Civil3d,实现基于BIM不同型号的三维道岔建模。研究结果表明:设计中重复,固定的过程由计算机系统自动完成,对道岔的设计效率、准确性和直观性都具有十分重要的意义,同时,道岔BIM模型是铁路线路BIM模型的一个重要组成和补充,可以嵌入整个铁路项目BIM模型中。
The research application of BIM technology is important in the process of promoting the digital railway. The method of 3D digital modeling is a difficult and important point in BIM technology of railway project operation, and it has rarely been studied. This paper studied the switch components and calculation method based on re-development of Auto CAD via VBA and Civi13d. Visual interface was designed to achieve the different types of 3D switch based on BIM model. The experimental results show that the repeatability and fixed process is automatically accomplished by computer system. It is meaningful for switch efficiency, accuracy and intuition in the design. At the same time, the switch BIM model, can be embedded in the railway project BIM model, and it is an important component of railway BIM model.
