摘要
地下工程大型化、复杂化的趋势对施工管理系统提出了新的要求。文章在总结现有施工管理存在的不足和阐述BIM及其相关研究现状的基础上,构建了基于BIM的三维可视化隧道施工管理系统。该系统以BIM模型为核心,通过传感设备进行信息实时采集与管理,实现了整个施工过程中材料、设备、人员、进度、质量和安全监控的动态化和智能化。该系统在上海轨道交通12号线11标工程中进行了应用,取得了较好的应用效果。
Considering that new requirements are put forward in respect to construction management due to the large scale and complicated development trend of underground works, and in light of the problems regarding the ex- isting construction management and the current state of research on BIM, a BIM based 3D visual system for tunnel construction management is proposed in this paper, by which the dynamic and intelligent monitoring of material, equipment, staff, progress, quality and safety throughout construction can be achieved through real-time information collection by sensors based on the BIM model. This system was successfully applied to Lot 11 of Shanghai Metro line 12.
