摘要
目的探讨p53蛋白及Survivin蛋白在结直肠癌中的表达及其与结直肠癌病理参数的相关性和对预后的影响。方法选取行结直肠癌根治术的患者45例,术后随访5年,对照组选取因穿孔、肠梗阻等疾病切除结直肠的患者25例,蜡块切片后行免疫组织化学方法检测Survivin和p53蛋白的表达情况。结果 Survivin蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且其蛋白的表达与组织学分型、T分期和淋巴结转移数量有关(P<0.05)。p53蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达明显高于对照组(P<0.05),且其蛋白的表达与T分期、淋巴结转移数量和脉管浸润有关(P<0.05)。Survivin蛋白、p53蛋白在结直肠癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.601,P<0.05)。p53蛋白、Survivin蛋白阳性表达组术后5年生存率均低于阴性表达组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 Survivin蛋白及p53蛋白的高表达影响结直肠癌的发展、浸润及转移,且与结直肠癌根治术后的预后相关。
Objective To investigate the expressions of p53 protein and Survivin protein in colorectal cancer and the correlation with the pathological parameters and prognosis of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 45 patients with rad- ical resection for colorectal cancer were selected, postoperative follow-up of 5 years. Twenty-five cases of perforation, in- testinal obstruction and resection of colorectal disease patients were selected as control group, Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expressions of Survivin and p53 protein. Results The expression of Survivin protein in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues （P 〈 0.05）, and its expression was related to histological type, T stage and lymph node metastasis （P 〈 0.05）. The expression of p53 protein in colorectal cancer tissues was significantly higher than that in normal tissues （P 〈 0.05）, and its expression was t-elated to T stage, lymph node metastasis and vascular invasion （P 〈 0.05 ）. The expressions of Survivin protein and p53 protein in colorectal cancer tissues were positively correlated （r = 0. 601, P 〈 0.05）. The 5-year survival rate of p53 protein and Survivin protein positive expression group was lower than that of negative expression group, the difference was statistically signifi- cant （P 〈0.05）. Conclusion High expressions of Survivin and p53 protein affect the development, invasion and metastasis of colorectal cancer. The expressions of Survivin and p53 protein are related to the prognosis of colorectal cancer after radical resection.
