摘要
目的:探讨针灸对脑卒中患者神经功能及生活质量的影响。方法:选择78例急性缺血性脑卒中患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,对照组予常规治疗及康复训练,观察组在此基础上联合应用针灸治疗,比较两组患者治疗前后神经功能缺损(NIHSS评分)及生活质量(SS-QOL评分)的变化。结果:治疗前,两组患者NIHSS和SS-QOL评分比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组患者NIHSS均较治疗前显著下降,SS-QOL评分较治疗前显著提高,且观察组患者上述评分显著优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对于缺血性脑卒中患者,在常规治疗及康复训练的基础上联合应用针灸治疗,可以显著改善神经功能缺损程度。
Objective：To explore the effect of acupuncture on neurological function and quality of life in stroke patients.Methods：78 patients with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups.the control group received routine therapy and rehabilitation training, the observation group was treated combined with acupuncture.The neurological deficits（NIHSS score） and quality of life （SS-QOL score） changes of the two groups were compared before and after treatment.Results：Before treatment, the NIHSS and SS-QOL scores of the two groups had no significant difference （P〉 0.05）.After treatment, the NIHSS of the two groups were significantly lower than before treatment, SS-QOL score was significantly higher than before treatment, observation group was significantly better than the control group, the difference was of statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of acupuncture on the basis of routine therapy and rehabilitation training can significantly improve the degree of neurological impairment and improve the quality of life of patients with ischemic stroke.
