摘要
目的探讨血栓通联合纳洛酮治疗老年脑梗死患者的疗效及安全性。方法将2011年8月-2015年8月入住我院的85例经CT、MRI及DSA等影像学手段确诊的脑梗死患者按照治疗方法分为对照组（n=42）与观察组（n=43）。两组患者均首先给予基础治疗：包括抗血小板聚集，对血压及血糖水平进行控制。对照组在此基础上采用纳洛酮治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上联合血栓通注射液治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗后观察组总有效率为65．12％（28／43），显著高于对照组的35．71％（15／42）（P〈0．05）；两组患者治疗后CSS评分均显著低于治疗前（P〈0．05），两组患者治疗后Barthel指数均显著高于治疗前（P〈0．05），且两组患者治疗后上述评分差异均具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论血栓通联合纳洛酮治疗老年脑梗死患者的疗效显著，应进行推广。
Objective To investigate efficacy and safety of Xueshuantong combined with naloxone in treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction. Methods From August 2011 to August 2015 in our hospital, 85 patients with CT, MRI and other imaging means DSA diagnosis of cerebral infarction patients were divided into two groups according to treat- ment, control group （n=42） and observation group （n=43）. All patients were first given basic treatment, including antiplatelet aggregation, blood pressure and blood sugar level control The observation group joint Xueshuantong injection treatment on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of observation group was 65.12%（28/43）, significantly higher than the control group （35.71%, 15/42） （P〈O.05）; CSS scores of two groups were significantly lower than before treatment after treatment（P〈0.05）, Barthel index of two groups was significantly higher than before treatment（P〈0.05）. The differences of indexes were sig- nificant after treatment between two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Xueshuantong combined naloxone in treatment of elderly patients with cerebral infarction significantly, it should be promoted.
