摘要
目的:探讨结合推拿疗法的康复护理在急性腰扭伤患者中的应用效果。方法:选择2013年1月~2016年2月于我院门诊治疗的因用力过猛或行动不慎引发急性腰部软组织扭伤患者90例,将其随机等分为对照组和观察组,对照组采用常规护理;观察组采用推拿疗法结合康复护理,比较两组患者疗效、腰关节活动度及治疗前后疼痛(VAS)评分和下背疼痛(JOA)评分。结果:观察组患者疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),患者的腰椎关节活动度优于对照组(P<0.05),VAS疼痛得分低于对照组(P<0.05),JOA评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:推拿为主治疗后的康复护理可明显提高急性腰扭伤患者的临床治疗效果,改善患者的腰椎关节活动度,提高患者的活动能力及工作能力,减轻患者疼痛,值得在临床推广使用。
ObjectiveTo discuss the application effect of massage therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing in the patients with acute lumbar sprain.Methods ：Selected 90 patients with acute sprain of lumbar soft tissue due to overexerting or careless action admitted in outpatient department of our hospitalfrom January 2013 to February 2016, andthey were divided into control group and observation group randomly, conventional nursing was adopted for the pa-tients in the control group, and massage therapy combined with rehabilitation nursing was adopted for the patients in the observation group, and patients inthe two groups were compared in the curative effect, waist joint activity and pain （VAS） score and lower back pain （JOA） score before and after treatment.Results：The curative effect of patients in the observation group was higher than that of patients in the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）, the lumbar joint activity ofpatients in the observation group was better than that of control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）, VAS pain score was lower than that in the control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）,and JOA score was higher than that in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ：The rehabilitation nursing dominated by massage therapy could effectivelyimprove the clinical treatment effect of patients with acute lumbar sprain, improve the patients ＇ lumbar joint activity, increase their mobility and work abili-ty and reduce their pain, and was worth promoting clinically.
