摘要
目的 :了解临床支持系统发生风险事件的种类和多发区 ,并分析原因 ,防范临床支持系统发生风险事件。方法 :设计调查表及收集临床风险事件资料 ,对支持系统发生的风险事件进行分析、探讨。结果 :临床支持系统发生的风险事件常见种类是设施不安全、保安问题、皮肤损伤、病人摔伤 ,分别占该类事件总数的 3 3 3 3 %、2 7 78%、2 2 2 2 %、16 67%。其多发区是内科和急诊科。结论 :临床支持系统风险事件的防范应以设施不安全、保安问题、皮肤损伤、病人摔伤为重点 ,同时加强高发区的管理 ,并全院全面推行风险管理 ,让风险事件防范于未然 。
Objective Research on the type & frequently-occur ring aspect of risk incidents in clinical supporting system and prevent reaso ns in risk incidents. Methods: Analysis and research risk incide nts of clinical supporting system by designed questionnaire and information coll ection. Results: The common risk incidents occurs in the c linical supporting system includes insecureity facilities, security problems, sk in injure and patients' stamble injures, which respectively rates is 33.33%, 2 7.28%,22.22,16.67% of the total incidents. The frequently-occurring aspect s is the Internal Medical Department & Emergency Department. Conclusion: The prevention of risk incidents in clinical supporting system should b ased on insecureity facilities, security problems, skin injure and patients' sta mble injures. To prevent the recocur of risk incidents & improve medical quality by enhancing the management of high-frequency area and promotion of risk manag ement are key points in risk management.
