摘要
目的:探索采用手机APP平台进行药学服务的可行性,为患者提供全程药学服务。方法:通过建立完整的药品信息数据库,以及建立手机APP与HIS系统对接,利用APP读取患者就诊的处方信息和提取处方内容中的药品信息;通过与药品信息数据库的对接,查询相对应药品的说明书信息,让患者随时随地得到与自身用药相关的药学指导。结果与结论:手机APP药学服务系统软件的推广,可提高患者用药依从性、药物使用安全性、药物治疗的有效性。
Objective： To explore the feasibility of using mobile phone APP platform for pharmaceutical services,and to provide patients with the full range of pharmaceutical services. Methods： Through the establishment of a complete drug information database, and the establishment of mobile phone APP and HIS system docking, APP reads the user＇s prescription information, and extracts the contents of the prescription drug information. Through the docking with the drug information database, and query to the corresponding drug specification information, the patients at any time may get their own drug related pharmaceutical guidance. Results and conclusion： Mobile phone APP promotion can improve patient compliance, and improve the safety of drug use, as well as increase the effectiveness of drug treatment.
