摘要
近年来,抗氧化剂在动物精液冷冻保存技术中的研究应用受到广泛关注,通过添加抗氧化剂降低精子在冷冻保存过程中所遭受的氧化损伤,提高了冷冻精液质量和母畜的受胎率。本文从动物精子的氧化损伤机制和常用的抗氧化剂进行综述,期望对精液冷冻技术的相关研究提供理论依据和参考。
In recent years, the research and application of antioxidants in cryopreservation of animal semen has been paid more and more attention. By adding antioxidants, the oxidative damage of spermatozoa during cryopreservation is reduced, and the quality of frozen semen and the conception rate of females are improved. In this paper, we reviewed the mechanism of oxidative damage in animal spermatozoa and the commonly used antioxidants. We hope to provide the theoretical basis and reference for the research of semen cryopreservation.
