摘要
目的观察中药麒麟丸对夫精宫腔内人工授精(IUl)周期中男性少、弱精子症不育患者助孕疗效。方法对本中心接收的63例男性少、弱精子症不育患者进行随机分组:35例患者服用中药麒麟丸(中药组),28例患者服用维生素E和B_6(对照组)。12周后观察中药组和对照组患者治疗前后精液常规指标(精液体积、精子密度、活力、形态正常率)、精液中活性氧(ROS)水平及IUI后临床妊娠率。结果中药组患者治疗后精液体积、精子密度、活力、形态正常率均显著提高,ROS水平较治疗前及对照组明显下降(P<0.05),lul后临床妊娠率25.7%(9/35),明显高于对照组(14.3%.3/28)。结论中药麒麟丸能够显著降低精液中ROS水平,提高精液质量,对男性少、弱精子症不育患者疗效显著。
Objectives To explore the effect of Qilin Pills on the treatment of oligoasthenospermia.Methods Sixty-three oligoasthenospermia patients were randomly devided into two groups:the therapentic group treated by Qilin Pills including 35 patients,and the control group including 28 patients treated with vitamin E and B_6,both for a course of 12 weeks.Then the authors evaluated the clinical effects of both treatments on semen routine index(sperm volume,concentration,sperm motility and the rate of normal sperm morphology),ROS level and IN pregnancy rate.Results Compared to the controls,the sperm volume,concentration,and the rate of normal sperm morphology were increased,and ROS level was decreased in therapentic group(P<O.05).IUI pregnancy rate in the therapentic group was 25.7%(9/35),which was also higher than that of the control group(14.3%,4/28).Conclusion Qilin Pills can significantly improve the seminal quality of oligoasthenospermia patients by decreasing ROS level.
